*Down payment policy for material purchasing;
*Establish more large turnover customer & drop off small volume order. The efficiency can be mproved immediately.
*Early material booking to obtain bargaining price.
*Lower the production cost through vertical integrated development.
¡ôHow to increase efficiency in shipment:
*Expand our fabric sourcing in order to avoid late arrival of fabric;
*Order major fabric 30 days earlier;
*Install more and higher performance equipments, such as sewing machines, needle scanning machines, etc.
*Salary incentive: more bonus for good performance workers.
*Recruit more workers with higher salary.
*If all newly developed fabrics patterns can be all finalized within end July, the danger & late fabric arrival can be minimized;
